We did a shoot to test some imagery for her music! She was awesome to work with! Her mom Elina was wonderful! Her sister Isabelle came later in the day to help! So fun to see these sisters together. My favorite part was at the end when the two Atlanta girls started rapping! I joined in and we had a blast. Love Love this whole family! Here are some outtakes from the shoot!

I decided to discover some local LA sites. My first day I took a drive through the Angels Crest Highway that has only been reopened for a few months. It was shut down due to fire damage. There were still footprints from the fire that swept through the San Bernadino Mountain Range. It was a beautiful drive, and I discovered a place to ski during the winter!

The next day I headed west to the San Pedro Harbor. I started by taking a tour of an old lighthouse. It was fascinating to hear about how people lived in these lighthouses. I then headed to Port o’ Call, which is fun little walking village. There were people playing music live, tons of restaurants, and a fresh fish market! It was interesting to see such a different place in LA. In my journey I discovered a traditional Hungarian Bakery! We had just gotten back from Budapest, so I had to have lunch there! Of course I had to try the homemade apple strudel!
It was super fun to discover parts of Los Angeles that I had never before seen!

I have been a fan of Snoop for years. It was a super big deal to get to meet him in person. Heidi Klum was also a guest during the celeb week. She is incredible gorgeous and much taller than I anticipated. I’m sure the six inch Jimmy Choo boots she wore helped a bit with her height =-)

Anthony and I styled her for her “Brighter than the Sun” music video. It was such a fun set. Emile Nava was the director of the video. His concept was this inside out party, so what was supposed to be inside was outside and vice versa! It made for a fun day. People were watering plants in the living room and Colbie was swinging from a swing in the middle of a house!

We have so much fun with everyone in this cast and crew. For our Halloween episode we had a crazy disco party. There were full on wigs and costumes. It was a groovy time!

Anthony and I were there for a Colgate commercial with Pam Thomas. The commercial was fun and Budapest is amazing. I learned that people in Budapest don’t shop for fun, which is a new concept to me! We had three hour long lunches with wine and great food. We met amazing people and saw such great things!
